This Privacy Policy explains how Nazakat ("Nazakat", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when authorized users use the Nazakat mobile application.

Nazakat is a business order management app. The App is intended for authorized business users and uses information needed to sign in, manage customers, create orders, and generate bill PDFs. The App does not display ads, does not sell personal information, and does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information We Collect

Depending on how the App is used, we may collect or process the following information:

Account and login information: username, password, authentication token, and related session details used to sign in and keep the session active.
Customer information: customer name, mobile number, account type, GST number, state, address, shipping address, transport details, and agent or broker details.
Order and billing information: order number, order date, customer, product/design details, color, size, quantity, rate, discounts, taxes, freight charges, net amount, notes, and bill PDF details.
Master data: designs, colors, sizes, transports, and agents used to prepare and manage business orders.
Device and technical information: basic network request information required to connect to the App backend, such as request headers, authentication headers, and server response data.
Local files: bill PDFs may be saved temporarily or locally on the device so the user can preview, print, open, or share them.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

authenticate users and maintain authorized sessions;
read, create, update, delete, search, and display customer and order records;
calculate order totals, tax amounts, discounts, and billing values;
generate, preview, print, open, or share bill PDFs at the user's request;
communicate with backend systems required to operate the App;
secure the App, refresh expired tokens, troubleshoot errors, and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared or made available in the following limited cases:

Backend service: the App sends login, customer, order, and bill print requests to the Nazakat backend service hosted at interlinkconsultant.in so the App can function.
User-selected actions: when a user prints, opens, or shares a bill PDF, the PDF may be handled by the operating system, printer service, PDF viewer, or sharing destination chosen by the user.
Legal or security reasons: information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with platform services or apps selected by the user, such as print services, PDF viewers, external browser/link handlers, and share destinations. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

The App does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs in the reviewed project code.

Local Storage and Security

The App stores authentication tokens and user session data locally on the device to keep authorized users signed in. Bill PDF files may also be saved locally so they can be opened, printed, or shared. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

Customer, order, and billing records are retained for as long as needed for business operations, accounting, legal, security, or support purposes. Local session data can be removed by signing out or clearing the App's data from the device. Requests to access, correct, or delete backend records should be sent using the contact details below.

Children's Privacy

Nazakat is intended for business use by authorized users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with the App. Some business, tax, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a policy update means the updated policy applies.
