• Notification Data: device push token (FCM/APNs), notification logs, and delivery-related metadata.
• Technical Information: app diagnostics and basic device/app usage data needed for app performance and security.

• To provide task assignment, approval, transfer, and tracking features.
• To show role-based access and organization-specific workflows.
• To send real-time notifications (task updates, announcements, chat alerts).
• To maintain audit trails and improve accountability and system reliability.

3. Push Notifications

NeuroTasks uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications. Device tokens are stored to enable this functionality. You can disable notifications in your device settings, but some core app alerts may not be received.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

• With trusted service providers required to run app features (for example, Firebase services).
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• To protect rights, security, and integrity of the app, users, and organization data.

We retain data for as long as your organization account remains active or as required for operational, legal, and audit purposes. Data retention periods may vary by organization policy.

NeuroTasks is intended for workplace/business use and is not directed to children under 13.
