Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timelines

- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery is estimated within 3 to 4 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.
Delivery Charges
- All shipping charges will be borne by the customer, including standard and express delivery.
- Shipping rates will be based on the charges provided by our courier partners.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
- Damage caused during transit by the courier company.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Unavailability of the recipient.
We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- In case of product damage during courier transit, please share clear images and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will initiate a resolution, which may include reshipment or a credit note, at our discretion.
Replacement & Return Policy
We offer replacements only in the case of fabric damage or manufacturing defects.
Replacement Conditions
- You must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video.
- The original item must be sent back to us at the customer's expense.
Once the product is received and inspected by our quality team:
- If the damage is verified, you can choose to receive a credit note or a replacement.
- For replacements, the customer must place a new order and make payment again.
- Wallet credit or credit note will be processed only after quality inspection confirms the damage.
Important Notes
- No replacements will be processed for issues like change of mind or fabric feel.
- Returns will be credited in wallet within 2 to 3 working days after they are received and inspected by our quality team.
- All policies are applicable only if the product is returned in unused and original condition.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before making payment.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer direct monetary refunds except in cases where:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
- We are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen operational issues.
- In all other eligible cases (such as approved returns for damage), we will issue a credit note or wallet credit that can be used for future purchases.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credits will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing or receiving the order.
- Minor variations in colour, shade, or texture due to screen display differences.
- Failure to provide required unboxing video and images for damage claims.
- Fabric cut, altered, washed, or used after delivery.
4. Processing Timeline
- For approved refunds (in rare cases), the process may take 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
- For wallet credits or credit notes, processing will be done within 2 to 3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
