Invoice Master does not sell personal data. Your business records are used to provide invoicing, team access, automatic backup, and account restoration. Necessary providers process limited data to deliver authentication, advertising, and hosting.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Invoice Master mobile application, its FastAPI services, and related support pages. The service is operated by Master G, Mumbai, India. Invoice Master is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
Information we collect
Account and identity
Phone number, Firebase user identifier, login and security events, IP address, and basic device or user-agent information used for OTP authentication and abuse prevention.
Business and invoice records
Company or individual profile, name, address, GST details, bank and UPI details, invoice terms, customers, products, services, employees or team members, permissions, invoices, totals, and technical record state.
Business media
Logos, stamps, signatures, and UPI QR images selected by you. Images may be cropped or converted to transparent PNG files on your device before they are stored or uploaded to your account.
Advertising and technical data
Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices. We may also process server logs needed for reliability, security, and automatic backup.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts through phone OTP.
- Create, store, preview, and automatically back up invoices and master records.
- Provide owner-controlled employee or team access.
- Restore an account's records and settings on another signed-in device.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and provide support.
- Display limited banner advertising and measure ad delivery.
- Comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell personal information or share invoice content for independent marketing. Information is disclosed only when needed to operate the service, when you direct us, or when required by law.
Advertising
The free version displays Google AdMob advertisements in limited banner areas within the layout. Invoice Master does not use disruptive full-screen advertising during invoice work. Depending on device settings, consent, and Google policy, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier through Android or iOS privacy settings.
Storage, backup, and retention
Records may be stored locally in SQLite so core invoicing can work offline. When internet access is available, eligible records and settings may be backed up automatically to the Invoice Master server. We retain account data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service.
When a verified deletion request is completed, active account data is removed. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 30 days before automatic expiry, unless longer retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, support, withdrawal of optional permissions, or deletion of your account and associated server-stored data. Some permissions, such as photo or camera access, can be changed in device settings. Withdrawing a permission may disable the related feature.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including OTP authentication, access controls, and restricted server administration. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Account owners remain responsible for the accuracy of invoice records, member permissions, and access to their devices.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
