Invoice Master helps create and manage business documents. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Invoice Master, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and access
Phone OTP is used to authenticate accounts. You are responsible for your phone number, device security, and activity performed through your account. The main Company or Individual account controls business profile settings and member permissions.
Employees and team members may use only the permissions granted by the account owner. You must remove access promptly when a member should no longer use the workspace.
Invoices and business records
You are responsible for invoice accuracy, taxes, GST treatment, customer information, payment instructions, statutory wording, numbering, and record retention. Templates and calculations must be reviewed before an invoice is issued.
You confirm that you have authority to upload logos, signatures, stamps, QR codes, customer records, and team information.
Acceptable use
- Do not create fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or misleading invoices.
- Do not access another workspace without authorization.
- Do not upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not use the service in violation of tax, privacy, employment, or consumer law.
Offline use, backup, and availability
Some functions work from local device storage without internet access. OTP login, advertising, remote backup, and cross-device restoration require connectivity. Automatic backup may be delayed because of device, network, provider, or server conditions. Keep independent copies of legally important records.
Features may be improved, replaced, suspended, or discontinued. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or immediate restoration on every device.
Advertising and third-party services
The free service may contain partial-screen Google AdMob banners. Third-party services such as Firebase Authentication and AdMob operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or independent conduct.
Ownership
You retain ownership of business content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and support Invoice Master. The application, interface, and service technology remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular business purpose, or legal compliance of user-created documents. Master G is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, tax penalties, or losses caused by inaccurate user data, unauthorized access, device failure, or unavailable networks.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
